The Daily Maintenance of Roll Crusher

In order to improve the crushing capacity of roll crusher, you not only should choose reasonable main parameters, you also need to do daily maintenance. The daily maintenance of roll crusher includes the following several aspects:

(1) Improve the lubrication of roll crusher. The lubrication of roll crusher is important to prevent parts from wearing and keep the equipment working well, especially the lubrication of the rolling bearing. So you should select a suitable lubricant and add it into the equipment regularly with a certain quantity. Besides, you should protect the lubrication parts from pollution by water and dust. You must remember to change a new lubrication after a certain time. Or the lubrication maybe over its expiration date.

(2) Check fasteners regularly to see whether they are looseness or not. When roll crusher is working, it is vibrating much. So some fasteners are easy to loose. It is necessary to check it regularly. I f you find the fasteners looseness, you must screw them down immediately.

(3) Note to adjust the gap of the two rollers. The gap between the two crushing rollers is determined particle size. The particle sizes should be kept in a suitable range. ( generally between 3~5mm) Besides, you should the spring with a proper pressure. So the roll crusher can get a good crushing effect.

(4) Check the transmission of the bead apex. The state of the bead apex affects much on the transmission. The tension of tape must be moderate. Besides, The tightness of each tape should be consistent. And the old and new tapes should not be used in the same group.
